What will you do?
As a Medior AI Engineer you're part of a multidisciplinary team that builds high-quality AI and data solutions. You work on projects from concept to implementation, side by side with the organisations we build for.
- Design and train models on real, often messy datasets.
- Translate a problem into a working, scalable solution.
- Build data pipelines and take models into production.
- Help safeguard the architecture, quality and security.
- Share knowledge with your team and with the organisation you're embedded in.
A workday at Researchable
Your day starts with a short stand-up with your project team. Together with the tech and team leads you set the priorities. After that you work in a focused way on your model or pipeline, spar with colleagues and test your assumptions against practice. No endless meetings, just sharp choices.

Must-haves
- A completed degree in AI, computer science, mathematics or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with machine learning.
- Strong in Python and the data ecosystem (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
- You communicate clearly in Dutch and English.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with cloud (AWS) and containers (Docker).
- Affinity with regulated sectors such as healthcare and legal.
- Publications or open-source contributions.
- Experience with MLOps and models in production.
