Selection and resilience at the commando corps

The Commando Corps is the special forces unit of the Royal Netherlands Army, ready for operational deployment 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. The question: how do you collect sensitive research data about candidates securely and at scale?

We built a first implementation of a platform for mental tests and questionnaires for potential new operators.

What the platform makes possible:

• Participants take part in different studies
• Participants share results with the coordinators of the intake sessions
• The corps carries out early assessments of new candidates
