Together with ZIPon and founder Jan de Putter, Researchable developed a review cycle that makes performance easy to discuss and puts the emphasis on job satisfaction and growth.

In brief
  • Researchable worked with Jan de Putter, founder of ZIPon, on a review cycle focused on performance, job satisfaction and personal growth.
  • Each team member completed a Life Languages assessment and received their own communication profile.
  • Jan held an individual conversation with every employee about their profile and how different communication styles work together within the organisation.
  • By involving management and individuals from the start, trust and support emerged, which according to Jan is the key to a successful review cycle.

Knowing each other, using potential and growing in a strong annual cycle

At Researchable we believe that our strength lies not only in data innovation, but also in our people. That is why we are proud of our collaboration with Jan de Putter, founder of ZIPon. Together we developed a fresh review cycle that makes performance easy to discuss while putting the emphasis on job satisfaction and personal growth.

A modern approach with impact

Thanks to ZIPon's distinctive approach, including the use of Life Languages, we have transformed our internal conversation cycle. This renewed process does not focus solely on results, but digs deeper into what drives and motivates our people. This focus on intrinsic motivation creates a working climate in which people flourish.

Everyone within Researchable completed a Life Languages test and received a unique communication profile from it. Jan then held an individual conversation with each employee to discuss what this profile means and how the different communication profiles function within an organisation. What is special about this test is that every person has a unique profile with both strengths and challenges in the area of communication. Recognising and understanding these differences is essential. Within a team this helps to use everyone's strengths and to complement each other where needed, resulting in more effective collaboration and a stronger team.

Give employees a voice and start by listening. By involving both management and the individual employee from the start, you build trust and support.

  • An open and curious attitude: we embrace new insights and are always willing to grow.
  • Fast implementation: we translate ideas into concrete action with ease.
  • A focus on well-being: the happiness of our people always comes first.

Growth through reflection

The renewed review cycle has contributed not only to individual development goals, but also to a strong organisational culture. By reflecting on our core values and working together on our vision, we are taking steps towards a working environment in which everyone feels heard and valued.

Start with a clear kick-off and then let the process grow organically. Tailoring is essential.
